Le présent marché est un marché public de travaux qui a pour objet LA RENOVATION ENERGETIQUE DE 5 PAVILLONS : - Ateliers centraux - Administration - Buanderie SLS - Les Bruyères - La Buvette Le marché est prévu en phases, suivant le planning prévisionnel fourni en annexe du cahier des charges. Le marché est subsidié par la Région Wallonne, dans le cadre des subsides exceptionnels UREBA 2022-2024. Une demande de subside UREBA "classique" est également introduite pour certains postes du pavillon "Buvette".
